Pricing
Onsite(business setting) Training/assistance with Microsoft Office Software applications - 25.00/hour Onsite(business setting) and "Virtual" Administrative Services - 20.00/hour Minimum charge of 20.00 for all services. Transcription fee - 3.00 per page Board meeting minute taking and transcription fee will be agreed upon at time of service.

Payment Terms
Personal and/or business checks, cashiers checks, money orders or cash are accepted.
Local area clients: One hour project totaling 25.00, payment will be due upon completion of project. For larger projects, a deposit of 25.00 will be required with payment in full due upon completion of project.
Out of area clients: Deposit due upon start of project with payment in full due upon completion of project.
Final work will not be released until payment in full has been received, unless prior agreement has been made.

General Information
All client information is strictly confidential.
Usual turnaround time is 24-48 hours unless otherwise specified.
No charge for mail costing up to $1.00, anything over that will be charged to the customer. No charge for faxing or emailing.
Express mail, priority mail, USPS, etc. will be charged to the client.
The finished product can be delivered by email, fax, mail or if local -hand delivery by us or pick up by the client can be arranged.
Additional costs will be charged should the client make additional changes or requests in the project.
Client assumes full responsibilty for final proofing and accuracy of the draft of the project before the completed project is sent. (Draft can be viewed by fax or email or other arrangements made ahead of time). Words & Muchemore does not assume responsibility for any errors once the project has been deemed satisfactory by the client.
